Mr Lusale is a founding member of Ballo. Trained in the field of Economics and International trade, he is conscientious autodidact constantly learning and open to new ideas. With previous work experience in marketing, he is a team player that values different perspectives and the communication of ideas. Also, a fun-loving person that's always willing to take on new challenges and operates on a balanced work-life harmony.

Laurian Himwaami Haangala

Managing Director

Mr Haangala is a co-founding member of Ballo. Trained in the field of Journalism and Communications, he is an excellent writer, orator and has an eye for the media art. After taking up photography and videography as a hobby in 2014, he has never looked back and has harnessed his skills to channel a hobby to an art. Himwaami is focused and driven ..... and hopes to make even the naked eye “see through a different lens”.

Katongo Lombe

Director of Operations

Mr Lombe is a co-founding member of Ballo. He has over 8 years of experience in operations management. An innate businessman, Katongo sought to merge his printing business to conjoin Ballo believing in the great African proverb, “ If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” He takes integrity as a top mantra and is the impetus behind our high quality material.

Shannon Zebron

Creative Director

Ms. Zebron brings five years of experience in the creative and marketing industry as a storyteller, designer and marketing consultant. She holds a BBA in Management and is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment in the arts. She's a strong believer in the idea that collaboration is the key to any successful project, big or small. At Ballo, Shannon works with the team to make sure that its client's voices and overall vision are creatively executed and showcased for the world to see.

Michael Chuba

UI/UX Designer & Fullstack Developer

Michael is the Head Software Developer at Ballo. A skilled UI/UX Designer & FullStack Developer, he proclaims “A King must know the ins and outs of his kingdom ..... The computer is my kingdom”. He is multi- talented in the digital arts and has that Midas touch; turning everything at his disposal to gold. Michael is the founder of ZedBrains and is a hand in the Ballo pantheon that makes your dreams come to life! "The cowards never start. The weak died along the way….. that leaves us.”

Jonah Hachunde

Data Analyst

A software engineer by profession, Jonah is focused, hard working, strong and exudes interpersonal skills. He easily adapts to new environments, is a fast learner and performs well under pressure. He has a penchant for software engineering, project management and data analysis. “I always try to make a difference in whatever small capacity I can and every opportunity I am given because I believe change starts from within ourselves.”

Bubala Haamaundu

Web Developer

As a female web developer, Bubala is passionate about using her skills to create meaningful and innovative digital experiences. From designing responsive layouts to developing interactive web applications, she is driven by a desire to constantly improve and push the boundaries of what is possible. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working on a diverse range of projects, each with its unique set of challenges and requirements. This has enabled her to develop a broad range of technical skills, including expertise in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. To this end, she is committed to constantly expanding her knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry. “I am also passionate about using my skills to contribute to a more diverse and inclusive tech community, and to create products that are accessible to all users, regardless of their background or ability.”
